Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your RENPHO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging including all accessories, manuals, and the original packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
